Video: Why insured Americans struggle to get mental health care

Mental health is something that people still refrain from talking about despite knowing that more than 43 million Americans suffer from depression, anxiety, or other mental health issues. Now, more than half of the people from that number never receive help despite having health insurance.

According to a report, more than 5.3 million adults with mental illness remain uninsured in the United States. Sometimes, people struggle to get mental health care because it is either not covered in the insurance, or there are some restrictions.
